  • Dr. SN Mirza

    MB BS MD CCFP FRCGP ABIME ACBOM

    Dr. Mirza graduated from the King Edward Medical College in Lahore Pakistan. He completed internal medicine training in the Republic of Ireland and then went on to do his Family Residence in the United Kingdom in 2006.

    His interests are diabetes, geriatric medicine, and emergency medicine Dr. Mirza has been with Heritage Family Medical Centre since 2015, where he has established a Family Practice. Dr. Mirza is always willing to go the extra mile for all his patients.

  • Dr. Romuald Zapasnik M.D.

    CALGARY, ALBERTA

    Dr. Zapasnik has had a thriving Family Practice for the last 30 years, he cares greatly for his patients.

    He was a Doctor in Poland prior to coming to Canada, completing his Internship in Saskatchewan. He then came to Calgary and started his Family Practice working at Heritage Family Medical Centre.

  • Dr. Alicja Kennedy

    MD, CCFP, MPH, HBSc

    Dr. Kennedy completed an undergraduate degree in Health Studies and a Master’s of Public Health in Ontario before moving to Calgary in 2013. Before embarking on a career in medicine, she worked in Public Health for 8 years creating programs and policies for chronic disease prevention and social determinants of health. She completed her medical degree and residency training as a Family Doctor at the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary in 2020.

    Dr. Kennedy is passionate about increasing access to and advocating for women’s health. She strives to create a comfortable and inclusive environment for all patients. Dr. Kennedy’s medical practice also includes rural low-risk obstetrics, mental health and family medicine locums.

  • Dr. Bryan Normandin

    BASc, BSc, MBBS, FRACGP, CCFP

    Dr. Normandin obtained his undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and Chemistry from the University of Calgary. He went on to the University of Sydney in Australia to pursue his degree in medicine. After graduation, he moved to Melbourne for his internship and residency, then relocated to Hobart to undertake postgraduate training in General Practice. Dr. Normandin worked as a rural GP in Tasmania, concurrently serving as a clinical supervisor for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

    In 2024, Dr. Normandin returned to Calgary. He has a passion for all aspects of general practice, with a particular focus on emergency medicine, aged care, and palliative care. His approach prioritizes holistic, patient centered care, reflecting his dedication to comprehensive healthcare delivery.
